As one of the founding partners of HFO, Greg helped build the firm into the leading multifamily brokerage company in Oregon and Southwest Washington. HFO has ranked #1 in apartment transaction volume in the region since 2010 and is recognized for its specialized multifamily focus, proprietary market intelligence, institutional quality marketing platform, and collaborative advisory approach. The firm is known throughout the industry for its detailed underwriting analysis, apartment market research, and long standing relationships with both local and national multifamily investors.
