With more than 38 years of commercial real estate experience, Greg has completed over $1 billion in development, leasing, and sales transactions, consistently ranking as a Top Producer within Colliers year after year. Nationally recognized for excellence, Greg earned multiple Top Producer awards, including #1 Top Office Producer in the U.S. in 2005 and additional top rankings in 2006 and 2007. Over his long career, he has specialized in office, industrial, aviation, land, and investment properties, completing countless leases, build-to-suit projects, land and building sales, subleases, hangar transactions, REO dispositions, and consultative assignments for clients across Arizona and throughout the U.S. Greg has represented organizations ranging from local businesses to Fortune-level companies and is widely regarded as a “true expert in the field of commercial real estate.” He is a graduate of Arizona State University’s W.
