Greg Kuhlman is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Midtown Manhattan office. Mr. Kuhlman specializes in Landlord representation, delivering best-in-class services to his clients through developing and implementing in-depth, analytically driven leasing strategies and asset plans.
Formerly, Mr. Kuhlman was a Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Agency Consulting Group, consisting of 10 professionals, the group represents a portfolio of approximately 35 million square feet comprised of 65 buildings in the Tri-State Region. Prior to joining the group, Mr. Kuhlman was a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s prestigious Professional Real Estate Program (“PREP”). PREP is a comprehensive 12-month rotational program that encompasses rotations in the company’s service lines as well as related coursework. These rotations include Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, Equity Debt & Structured Finance, and Valuation & Advisory.
Mr. Kuhlman is a graduate of the Earl N. Phillips School of Business at High Point University with a degree in Business Administration concentrating in Finance. He is a member of Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders as well as an active alumni of PREP. In 2017, he was selected to Commercial Observer’s 30 Under 30: The Best and Brightest of NYC Real Estate.
