Greg Lynch has been a native of the PNW his whole life. Growing up in Mill Creek, WA and now living in Kirkland, WA. He got his bachelors in Business & Finance from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. In college, he started a graphic design company that grossed over 50k/yr from his dorm room. After graduation, he worked in corporate IT management for over 6 years with a fortune 500 company. Enfort Homes was started in 2010 as a side hustle. Greg & his wife, Gina would spend nights & weekends after their W2 jobs flipping houses and managing their rental portfolio. Enfort Homes has flipped & built over 100 homes worth over 90 million dollars since 2010. In conjunction with Enfort Homes, they created Bluecastle Homes which is a small portfolio of 20 doors in the PNW valued at over 8 million dollars and States Avenue Ventures which owns and operates 104 doors in Tri Cities, WA valued over 20 million dollars. Greg & Gina, and their 3 boys; Blake (9), Cooper (6) & Ryder (3) live in Kirkland, WA. Greg is often known for his attention to detail, excellence in all things, confidence & charm. When he isn’t building houses or rental portfolios, he enjoys golfing, seeking sun in Scottsdale, hanging with the family & coaching his boy’s sports teams.
