Mr. Petree joined AmeriCare Health & Retirement in 2005 as its Director of Acquisition & Development for medical assets. He was responsible for the development and leasing of a 35,000 SF expansion at the Encinitas outpatient health center. In 2009, he helped create and found AmeriCare Medical Properties, a wholly owned subsidiary of AmeriCare Medical Properties, Inc. He now serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of this medical asset division. In 2011, he lead the successful acquisition of Vista Medical Plaza, a 55,000 SF outpatient medical office building in Vista, CA. Prior to joining AmeriCare, he worked for more than a decade in marketing and advertising for Oracle Corporation, McCann Erickson, and J. Walter Thompson.
