As VP of Asset Management, Greg gets involved in numerous business executions, including valuations, acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and recapitalizations. He offers strategic guidance to regional directors on lease negotiations, budgets, and marketplace dynamics. A highlight of his Keystone career, Greg underwrote the biospace and residential conversion of The Curtis—a historic landmark in Philadelphia that exclusively housed office space before the conversion. Greg received his Bachelor’s in forensic toxicology, but found his analytical skills better suited to finance. While working for PHH Mortgage originating residential loans, his interest veered to commercial real estate. He built his asset management acumen at JP Morgan prior to joining Keystone’s team and is currently pursuing a CFA designation.
