Gregg has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 10 years, specializing in Lake of the Woods waterfront and island property. For the past five years he has been “Top In Sales” both residential and commercial among all Realtors at the Northwest Angle & Islands.
Gregg has also been involved in the resort industry for over 30 years – and currently owns and operates two Lake of the Woods resorts. His experience also includes property development, resort conversions, survey/platting process’s both at the county and state levels.
As a buyer or seller my knowledge of the area and experience levels, both the Northwest Angle and the South Shore areas, he will make your transaction as smooth as possible.
He really enjoys the freedom of being a Realtor, the one-on-one client relations, as well as exploring new areas and properties. Hobbies include spending time with family, fishing, boating, hunting, and watching his kids play hockey.
