Some of my key accomplishments include the following: Successfully utilized consolidation and disposition strategies to direct the merger and acquisition of 150 properties consisting of 1.5M. square feet into a single, integrated business unit. Effectively implements consolidation, co-location, right-sizing, and disposition strategies to consistently reduce average annual expense by 3-5%, along with the overall footprint by ~20% from 2013-2021. Headed site selection and lease negotiations for 6 regional offices (~500,000+ SF) resulting in reduced occupancy costs of $15M and closing of 10 idle offices. Spearheaded site selection, space planning, lease negotiations and project management for the relocation of a state-of-the-art customer experience center and regional flagship facility resulting in an overall savings of $10M. Manage domestic lease administration team responsible for processing $30M in rental payments per year and abstracting and validating lease data in Tririga database.
