For nearly 30 years with IPA and the Marcus & Millichap Companies, Greg Harris has focused on multifamily investment sales in Southern California. Currently an Executive Managing Director, Greg and his partners have closed over $12B in asset value across 900+ transactions. Leading two integrated teams focused on both institutional and private clients, Greg oversees the company's strategic direction and continues to enjoy building new and growing existing client relationships. Greg has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, GlobeSt.com, Real Estate Southern California Magazine, Multifamily Executive, the Los Angeles Times and is also a regular speaker at regional and national conferences.
Outside of THG, Greg enjoys time with family and friends, yoga, surfing, skiing, cooking, and reading (with a stated goal of completing 52 books a year). He graduated from UCLA with a degree in Sociology where he met his wife, Jennifer. They have 2 kids in college.
