Mr. Melanson is a Director of Investment Sales at B6 Real Estate Advisors, specializing in the Borough Park, Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Sunset Park, and Dyker Heights neighborhoods. He joined B6 Real Estate Advisors in February 2020 after a 3 plus year tenure at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate, his first job out of college. During his time at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Melanson completed 14 transactions at a total value of over $60,000,000 primarily in the South Brooklyn region. Mr. Melanson graduated from Elon University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and began his career in the New York Investment Sales market immediately after graduation. Originally from Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, Mr. Melanson spends his free time playing golf and hockey avidly. Mr. Melanson currently resides in the Financial District of Manhattan.
