As a Vice Chairman of the firm and a member of the Consulting Group’s Operating Committee, Gregory is intimately involved in shaping the firm’s long-term strategic direction. With extensive experience working with corporate and non-profit clients, a strong financial background and an in-depth understanding of the economic and financial statement implications of real estate, Gregory has developed comprehensive real estate strategies and creatively structured and negotiated numerous transactions and municipal incentive packages to accomplish a variety of goals on behalf of clients.
Prior to joining the company in 1990, Gregory was a Certified Public Accountant for Ernst & Young, preceding his position as Investment Associate for Progressive Corporation.
