Bio
As Associate Vice President for Pacific Oak Capital Advisors, Griffin oversees a portfolio of assets within the Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (KORE) and Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT (SOR). With experience in asset management and acquisitions, he is directly responsible for managing over 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at more than $600 million in major markets including Austin, Dallas, Houston, Denver, and Nashville. He is also responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions in these key markets.
Prior to joining Pacific Oak Capital Advisors, Griffin served as an Analyst for CommonWealth Partners in Los Angeles for over two years. At CommonWealth Partners, Griffin was responsible for directly assisting in the asset management of the West Coast portfolio, which included seven trophy Class A+ office properties across markets such as Seattle, Bellevue, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, and San Diego. The portfolio consisted of over 5 million square feet and was valued at more than $4 billion. Additionally, he played a key role in sourcing and underwriting acquisition opportunities across these key markets.
