Griffin Rich is a director in Newmark’s Houston office. An integral member of the tenant representation team, providing strategic consulting services to office and industrial tenants, including clients in the oil and gas, distribution, and manufacturing industries, locally and nationally. Specializing in all areas of industrial property brokerage including leasing, purchasing, and build-to-suit negotiations, Mr. Rich has completed more than 4 million square feet in transactions throughout his career. Mr. Rich offers first-hand knowledge and experience in the various facets of the commercial real estate market and a comprehensive understanding of the office and industrial leasing markets. His service-first attitude and attention to detail serves his clients well. By thoroughly understanding his clients’ business goals and objectives, Mr. Rich delivers comprehensive strategic planning and market analysis that helps his clients achieve their long-term strategic and financial goals. Mr. Rich joined Newmark in 2018 when the firm acquired an acclaimed tenant representation firm, Jackson Cooksey. He joined Jackson Cooksey in 2010.
