Gunnar Raney joined Blueprint in 2022. As a Senior Associate on the firm's Behavioral Healthcare team, he advises clients on investment sales, M&A advisory, sale-leaseback transactions, and strategic real estate solutions across the behavioral healthcare sector, with a particular focus on inpatient and residential facilities.
Gunnar works with behavioral healthcare owner/operators, publicly traded and private REITs, developers, private equity firms, family offices, and high net-worth investors, advising on acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio strategy, and capital deployment. He has developed an extensive transaction track record nationwide, with a particular focus on the Southeast.
Prior to joining Blueprint, Gunnar was an Associate with Colliers' Healthcare Services Group, where he focused on originating behavioral healthcare and seniors housing investment opportunities.
