Gurpreet adds value by providing time sensitive research, due diligence, analysis and underwriting on investment transactions involving all asset classes of real estate in the Greater Edmonton, Central Alberta and Northern Alberta regions. He is also directly involved in the preparation of the teams marketing materials including CIMs, listing proposals and team distributions.
Gurpreet is a graduate from the University of Alberta earning his B.Comm and Certificate in Real Estate in 2020. While completing his undergraduate degree, he was a member of the University of Alberta Real Estate Club and represented the Alberta School of Business in the Battle of Alberta Real Estate Challenge presented by NAIOP.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports and playing golf.
