Mr. Brown, a licensed Texas real estate broker, has nearly twenty years of commercial real estate experience representing tenants, owners, buyers and sellers in Houston and surrounding Texas markets. In total, he has participated in transactions exceeding $160 million in value and 1,250,000 square feet in area.
Ownership representation assignments for Mr. Brown have included leasing office buildings exceeding 200,000 square feet, portfolio assignments containing in excess of 500,000 square feet and industrial projects spanning over ten acres.
Having worked on all sides of commercial transactions, Mr. Brown can look at complicated transactions from all angles and incorporate creative solutions for his clients.
Representing both public and private companies in negotiations for office facilities in Houston, Mr. Brown has individual transactions ranging in size from 1,000 sf to 50,000 sf.
