Guy is an industrial real estate advisor specializing in the sale and leasing of shallow-bay and bulk warehouse facilities near the Port of Savannah. Guy's team provides comprehensive solutions to owners and occupiers, including site selection, lease negotiation and restructuring, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Guy began his career in Atlanta with a wealth management firm, supporting fixed-income investment strategies for over $1 billion in assets. He later joined a national capital markets team, driving business development and financial underwriting for single-tenant, high-credit office and industrial properties. Later, Guy worked in private aviation in New York City before returning to Savannah to join NAI.
Guy’s family has called Savannah home for over five generations. Born and raised on Isle of Hope, Guy now lives downtown with his dog Nix.
Guy graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Real Estate and studied Regulatory Economics at George Mason University.
Guy is an active member of CSCMP and NAIOP.
