Guy advises corporate and institutional net lease clients across the U.S. on real estate monetization strategies, sale-leasebacks, a wide spectrum of credit-based structures, and portfolio optimization strategies. Over his career, he has helped lead many of the most high-profile corporate capital markets transactions in the country, spanning headquarters facilities, critical operating assets, build-to-suit developments, manufacturing plants, and specialized industrial properties.
Guy has spent more than two decades building CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets capabilities and is a consistent top producer nationally. His collaborative work ethic and ability to partner across service lines have helped expand CBRE’s influence in corporate finance, capital markets, and occupier advisory.
Guy holds a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is active in professional networks and industry councils related to corporate real estate finance.

Mr. Ponticiello brings over 30 years of real estate advisory and transaction experience serving corporations, institutional investors and financial institutions. A significant component of Mr. Ponticiello’s transaction sales expertise stems from sale leaseback, build-to-suit developments, net lease investment sales, acquisitions and corporate surplus dispositions throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Ponticiello was employed by JLL for 18 years where he led its Corporate Finance and Net Lease Group, a national advisory and investment sales practice group for occupier and investor clients. Mr. Ponticiello has executed CRE transactions in excess of $25 billion during his career.
