Gwen Erskine was the former owner/manager of Country Real Estate for decades, listing and developing real estate with her husband, Tom Erskine. Projects include residential tracts such as Oak Knoll Estates, Rancho La Loma Linda, Petersen Ranch, Conover Estates, and Shiloh Ridge Estates. Industrial complexes such as the Golden Hill Business Park, home of JUSTIN Winery, San Antonio Winery & Event Center, Dasaultt Systemes Worldwide Software, and more. In addition, Gwen has decades of property management experience, handling multiunit complexes, small unit sets, and complete rehabilitaton of projects.
Her daughter, Kandie Frederick, is now the Owner/Broker of Country Real Estate where she continues to work together actively in sales and development within the community. A Paso Robles native, Gwen and Tom have raised their five children in this area that they love. Their family, community, and business experiences provides an extensive contribution to each of their ventures.
