With a lifetime spent in resort communities and nearly two decades in the McCall real estate market, Haden Tanner brings unparalleled insight, dedication, and experience to every transaction. Originally from Sun Valley, Haden moved to McCall in 2004, drawn by the area's emerging potential and natural beauty. Having grown up in a premier mountain resort town, Haden possesses an innate understanding of what makes resort real estate unique — from investment value to lifestyle appeal.
Haden is a proud graduate of Boise State University, where he earned his degree in History and Secondary Education. Rather than returning to his hometown of Sun Valley after college, he chose McCall as the place to build his career and raise his family — a decision rooted in vision and passion for the community.
Early in his career, Haden served as Director of Sales for one of McCall’s prominent multimillion-dollar developments along the Payette River, as well as the luxury townhome project Greystone Village, located just steps from Payette Lake. His leadership in high-end development sales set the foundation for what would become a highly respected real estate career.
Since obtaining his Idaho Broker’s license in 2009, Haden has consistently ranked among McCall’s top-producing agents year after year. He has held key roles as Associate Broker at The McCall Real Estate Company and as the Designated Broker for Vacasa Real Estate from 2019 to 2023. Today, Haden serves as an Associate Broker with Tamarack Realty, where he specializes in Valley and Adams County properties and is the lead RE-Sale Specialist for Tamarack Resort — Idaho’s premier four-season destination.
Haden is one of the few agents in Idaho, and across the nation, to hold the prestigious Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation, as well as the ePRO® certification. These credentials reflect his deep knowledge of resort markets, digital marketing, and the unique demands of second-home ownership.
To offer even more options to his clients, Haden has partnered with The Accelerated Marketing Group, a national auction firm based in Newport Beach, CA. Through this collaboration, he has worked on high-profile auction sales across the U.S. — from Virginia to California — gaining valuable insight into non-traditional sales strategies and debtor/creditor workouts.
When he's not helping clients realize their real estate goals, Haden treasures time with his wife, Kaila, and their two children, Rylee and Ryder. A true outdoorsman, Haden enjoys mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, whitewater rafting, backcountry snowmobiling, and everything else Idaho’s great outdoors has to offer. Real estate runs deep in his family — with backgrounds in development, construction, title, and escrow — giving him a comprehensive understanding of every facet of the industry.
