Hal completed his undergraduate studies at Cumberland University in 1998 before obtaining his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 2001. Starting in residential construction and expanding into real estate sales, commercial construction and land development, Hal has always been focused on building an affordable, quality product and providing excellent customer service. His construction expertise can be seen in The Arcade which, along with a partner, is being developed into an anchor business on the Lebanon Square. Seeing a niche in the market in 2004, Hal expanded into self-storage and mobile storage. He continues today to expand this business along with his property management business. To support the aging population in Wilson County, Hal joined with his father and sister to build The Pavilion, one of the top long-term care facilities in this part of Middle Tennessee. They recently opened The Carthage Pavilion Assisted Living in Smith County and will soon be opening an assisted living facility in Wilson County. Hal is an Elder of First Presbyterian Church of Lebanon, a devoted husband and father of five children. Hal served on the Board of Directors of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America 2013 Tennessee Chapter and is a member of the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary Club.
