Hal Shapiro, Executive Vice President, has been affiliated with Winick Realty Group since 2001. Mr. Shapiro provides a full range of brokerage and advisory services to both retail tenants and property owners, focusing on Manhattan, Bronx and Westchester. His understanding of ownership needs and tenant requirements has gained him a solid reputation among clients and within the real estate brokerage community. Mr. Shapiro has negotiated numerous transactions over the years. Mr. Shapiro has completed transactions totaling more than $400,000,000. Some of his notable and innovative retail transactions in Manhattan are Dunkin Donuts, Godiva Chocolatier, Duane Reade, Northeast Bank, T-Mobile, Chase Bank, and Brown Harris Stevens. He has arranged leases for such firms as Blackstone Group, Equity Office Properties, The Related Company, Hakim Organization, Glenwood Management, Algin Management and Empire Management. Mr. Shapiro holds a business degree from the University of Miami (FL). Mr. Shapiro is a member of Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and International Council of Shopping Centers.
