Haley Garcia is a respected entrepreneur, executive business coach, and one of Texas’ leading luxury real estate brokers. With more than two decades of experience, she has built and sold companies, advised high-performing professionals across industries, and consistently led top-producing real estate teams throughout Houston, The Woodlands, and beyond.
Her entrepreneurial journey began early, when she launched her own real estate brokerage in her twenties and grew it to $180M in sales before successfully selling the firm to one of Texas’ top independent brokerages in 2011. In 2013, she founded The Garcia Real Estate Group, now two divisions, serving as a premier real estate team known for its integrity, market expertise, and client-first culture. Her teams continue to rank among the top performers nationwide, specializing in luxury properties while serving clients from every walk of life with the same level of care and dedication.
For more than 17 years, Haley has also served as an executive business coach, helping leaders, entrepreneurs, Realtors®, and loan officers scale their businesses with clarity and strategy. Her work in leadership development, team culture, and personal growth led her to co-found Impact Elite Coaching, a coaching company dedicated to guiding professionals toward sustainable success through mindset mastery, strategy, and accountability.
Deeply engaged in her community, Haley currently serves as President of The Woodlands Arts Council, where she champions arts education and events such as the renowned Waterway Arts Festival. She has also held board positions and leadership roles with the Economic Development Partnership and other nonprofits, demonstrating her belief that true leadership is measured by impact—both in business and in community life.
