Hamid earned his Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Oklahoma and his Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Development from Cornell University. With more than 15 years in the real estate industry, his experience spans investment sales and acquisitions, development project management, and asset management. He began his career as a top-producing investment sales broker in Oklahoma City, followed by multifamily acquisitions in New York City, and later served as Senior Project Manager on multiple large-scale master-planned communities for Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) in Southern California. In addition, Hamid has served as lead partner and strategist, principal developer, asset manager, and property manager for a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential investments across multiple states.

Outside of his professional work, Hamid is actively engaged in organic and regenerative farming, traveling and intercultural exchange, and mentorship. He also serves as a part-time adjunct professor, helping others pursue financial independence, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven careers that positively impact their communities
