Hance Jones is a native of Columbia, SC beginning his commercial real estate career in Columbia, SC in 2002. Hance has been involved in the leasing and sale of hundreds of transactions in South Carolina and focuses on tenant representation throughout the state and landlord representation locally in the Midlands of South Carolina. Prior to forming Carolinas Retail Partners in 2012, Hance was a Partner with the Columbia affiliate of CBRE for five years. Hance received the lifetime achievement designation from the commercial division of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors for years of successful transactions.
Hance received his Bachelor of Science from Clemson University and is currently Broker in Charge for Carolinas Retail Partners. Hance is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC.)
