Hanifa is an experienced broker ranked among the top-producers in New York City and recently licensed in Florida. Her career started in Paris as a currency/money market fixed income trader, in the highly demanding field of finance. She has lived and worked in various cities: Paris, Madrid, London, Frankfurt, Lisbon, Zurich and spent time in Italy before settling in the US. Along with her impressive international background Hanifa has become fluent in 5 languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and English. Many years ago, while in the market to purchase a property in New York City, Hanifa was drawn into the real estate industry. She bet on and bought a Loft in the now booming neighborhood of Long Island City and encouraged many friends and colleagues to follow her footsteps.
Hanifa is passionate about real estate and interior design. She has an undeniable instinct in identifying market trends and Long Island City was one of her discoveries in 2007. She has investments not only in the US but also in Europe. During COVID, she started exploring Florida and purchased a house in Palm Beach and a gorgeous apartment in Miami Brickell. She is now ready to embrace the Florida market and already very active in both area by spending her week in Palm Beach and weekends in Miami Brickell. Her experience quickly made her realize what a personal investment means from an emotional and financial point of view. She is devoted to her clients and quickly gains a good sense of their needs, she works quickly, and has exceptional communication beginning to end. Thanks to her language skills she developed a wide range of foreign clientele and won't hesitate to take a flight to meet with anyone around the world.
