Hank joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2015 and has 10+ years of commercial real estate experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Prior to joining SRS, Hank worked at Hollis Bloom and The Weitzman Group. Hank applies his strategic planning and detailed transaction experience to all his clients and focuses on tenant representation, disposition, and land brokerage.
Hank’s primary concentration is Land, Disposition & Site Acquisitions. He has extensive experience in Site Selection and Land Disposition for Walmart, Orscheln Farm & Home and various local developers. He has also executed expansion plans for a variety of retail users such as Red Mountain Weight Loss, Orscheln Farm & Home, Auto Savvy and Dollar Tree.
Hank is an active member of the Innovating Commerce Serving & Communities. As a former Track Athlete at UNT Hank is drawn to teach and coaches his boys’ soccer and football teams. Hank is a former Deacon at his Church in Garland and is active in Serving the Community and Building Churches in North Texas.
