Hannah Floyd Demyon is a lifelong resident of Fairmont and Marion County. Residential real estate is Hannah’s primary focus. She owns several rental properties and has the experience to help others interested in investing in real estate. As a proud member of the Floyd Real Estate Family, Hannah carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. Hannah is a graduate of WVU with a degree in business and marketing. She is also a graduate of WV Association of Realtors' Leadership Academy. Hannah received the Rising Star award from the Fairmont Board of Realtors in 2022. She is the Public Relations chairperson for the Fairmont Board. She is eager to use her local knowledge to assist both buyers and sellers.
