Hannah Shields Wood was born and raised in Waynesboro, VA and returned to the Valley after college. She graduated from the University of Virginia where she received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Media Studies.
Hannah is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Realtors and Greater Augusta Association of Realtors. She was the 2015 Greater Augusta Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year, received the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors Presidential Award of Excellence in 2015, 2017, 2021 and 2022, and has served on the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors Board of Directors since 2020. In 2023 she served as the First Vice President. She also serves as the Chairperson for the Association Technology Committee and serves on the Trade Show Committee.
In 2022, Hannah took her real estate education further by earning her Real Estate Broker License.
Hannah is also involved in the community through the Augusta Home Builders Association. She serves on the Board of Directors, as the PR and Programs Chairperson and Golf Committee Member. In 2022 she served as the Augusta Home Builders Association’s first female president. She also serves on the Home Builders Association of Virginia’s Board of Directors.
