Mr. Eugene is a Director within the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon, Inc. He joined of Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 and is a member of Valuation & Advisory’s Hospitality & Gaming Specialty Practice Group . Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Eugene earned the level of Director at Property Valuation Advisors in Chicago , where he began working in 2005. Over his career Mr. Eugene has completed market value appraisals, HUD appraisals, portfolio v aluations, feasibility studies and investment advisory services on behalf of financial institutions, insurance companies, individual property owners and developers, REITs, pension funds and municipal agencies. Mr. Eugene’s valuation and real estate advisory experience spans a range of property types and includes office buildings, shopping centers, lodging properties, small to large scale industrial buildings, parking facilities, golf courses, historic properties, vacant land, multifamily properties, mixed-use buildings, m anufactured housing communities and senior housing. Mr. Eugene has provided valuation services throughout the entire United States with a primary focus in the Pacific Northwest, Chicago Metropolitan A rea and throughout the Midwest.
