Hany has been involved in the development, leasing and management of commercial real estate since 1993. Hany’s broad background includes brokerage specializing in sales and leasing of institutional grade office and industrial properties throughout the St. Louis market. His brokerage experience includes both landlord and tenant representation with a total transaction volume exceeding $350,000,000 throughout his career.
Hany has also developed and redeveloped numerous properties in the St. Louis area, including a 50,000 square foot office building, a 6-acre industrial site and a 310-bed student housing facility. This broad experience gives Hany a unique perspective on the numerous aspects of commercial real estate.
