Bio
Like many immigrants, Harpreet came to Canada with a clear vision of building a better future for himself and his family, despite limited resources. Having managed his family’s watchmaking business from Grade 8, he arrived ready to embrace new opportunities.
Today, Harpreet works with a global network of developers, investors, and landowners. His portfolio spans multiple asset classes, with a focus on redevelopment land and investment properties, including listings valued at over $100M*.
His journey began humbly, working as a gas station cashier, then in framing, and later in residential real estate. Since launching his career in 2008, Harpreet has helped hundreds of families achieve homeownership. Entering the market during the global financial crisis, he closed approximately 40 transactions in his first full year, earning the Rookie of the Year award from the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.
In 2014, he joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate. A decade later, he is Executive Vice President in the Capital Markets Group, specializing in redevelopment land and investment assets. Over the course of his career with Cushman & Wakefield, Harpreet has been honored with multiple awards recognizing his performance and dedication. His market insight, negotiation skills, and commitment have made him a trusted advisor, and he has successfully guided multiple strata corporations through complex redevelopment processes.
Outside of work, Harpreet enjoys flying planes, motorcycling, cycling, badminton, trap shooting, playing musical instruments, exploring nature, off-road trips, camping and photography, often capturing aerial images of his listings while piloting his own aircraft.
Widely recognized as a leading expert in development land, Harpreet has extensive experience navigating pre-application meetings, council hearings, and subdivision processes with precision and insight. His recent accomplishments include negotiating hundreds of millions of dollars in completed transactions, with active involvement in projects exceeding $400M*. He currently represents approximately $350M* in listed development land and investment properties.
Having worked with government agencies, organizations, religious groups, developers, and investors both locally and internationally, Harpreet has built a strong track record of delivering the level of service that both the public and private sectors deserve. At heart, he considers himself a public servant, always ready to help.
