Harrison Putt joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in February of 2019 and serves as a Market Associate in the Dallas Industrial Division, focusing in the Trinity/Brookhollow submarket. Harrison’s role consists of project leasing, tenant representation, property disposition, and sourcing development/acquisition opportunities in his submarket. He is responsible for personally tracking every tenant, owner, vacancy, and real estate transaction in his market and uses this information to maximize value for his clients.
Prior to joining HLC, Harrison was a Broker Associate at NAI UCR Properties, a member of one of the world’s largest commercial real estate firms, in Jackson, MS. He was responsible for assisting with the leasing of a Portfolio consisting of approximately 500,000 square feet of Office, Retail, & Industrial Properties at an estimated market value of $30 million. In his first year, Harrison helped generate $5 million in transaction volume and leased over 70,000 square feet of space.
Harrison received a BBA in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Mississippi State University. During college, he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, where he held numerous leadership positions.
