Harrison Shipp comes to Cresa focusing on the strategic needs of industrial occupiers. Harrison brings an advanced knowledge of the transaction process, acquisition and disposition services, data and financial modeling, and in-depth market intelligence.
Throughout the industry, Harrison is recognized for his strong character and leadership skills. Day-to-day, he strives to provide wholistic best-in-class, tenant-focused services to clients and prospects throughout North Texas and beyond.
Prior to Cresa, Harrison served most recently as a Senior Associate for Mohr Partners, a Leasing Associate at Property Advisers Realty, Inc., and a Broker at Jim Lake Companies. His industry experience includes investment sales, landlord representation for office, industrial, and retail sectors, property management, and full-service tenant representation.
Harrison’s industrial experience includes representing various manufacturing and distribution clients throughout North Texas. He has been involved in numerous requirements, equating to over 1 million square feet of space transacted.
