Leveraging over two decades of commercial real estate experience, at C3 CRE, Harry
specializes in representing buyers and sellers within the cannabis real estate/business
transaction sectors. His expertise spans a variety of deal types, including real estate
sales, business and asset sales, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture
partnerships. Harry provides strategic guidance to help clients navigate complex
transactions with confidence. His extensive knowledge, negotiation skills, and strong
network make him a trusted advisor for clients pursuing opportunities in this evolving
industry.
From 1998 to 2020, Harry built a successful career as a commercial real estate broker
specializing in retail leasing and sales. His journey in the cannabis industry began in
2013 as a caregiver, where he developed his passion for the plant and built many of the
relationships he still maintains today.
In 2018, he founded MICannaPros, a private Facebook networking group connecting
professionals within Michigan’s licensed cannabis market. Now nearing 11,000
members, it’s recognized as one of the most active and trusted cannabis business
communities in the state.
Harry transitioned his focus in 2020 to cannabis real estate brokerage, where he assists
operators with real estate and business transactions. In 2022, he launched Meet.
Connect. Puff., a premier B2B networking event series that connects brands and
retailers across Michigan. Today, Harry is regarded as a leading influencer and
respected figure in the state’s cannabis industry.
Harry attended Wayne State University. As an active member of the Chaldean American
Chamber of Commerce and the Michigan Cannabis Industry Association, he is
frequently featured and quoted by various media outlets on cannabis-related topics.
