Bio
After college and service in the United States Air Force, Harry began his business career in the Hospitality Industry. He served as Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Sales and General Manager for large hotels and resorts. Specialized in Property Repositioning, Acquisitions & Dispositions for major Franchisees.
In 1987 he received his Real Estate Broker’s License and dedicated his career to Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing. He specializes in Sales and Leasing in Retail, Office, Industrial, Land, Multi-Family, Hospitality.
He was a founding Director and the 2010 President for the New Overlay Board the Central Florida Commercial Association of REALTORS® (CFCAR). CFCAR serves the Commercial Real Estate Industry in 10 Central Florida counties.
He has a strong financial background and became a CCIM in 2004 – Certified Commercial Investment Manager.
He served Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT as the Central Florida Regional Director for Sales and Property Management in Maitland, Florida. While Director the Maitland Office was the Number 1 Office in Florida for 2009. He was also in charge of the Property Management Division which included Commercial Property Management and HOA Management and responsible for Training and Supervision of 35 Agents
