A native of San Antonio, I have been involved in commercial real estate as a Sales/Leasing Consultant with Drought Properties over the last 6 years, producing $20 + million in volume sales and leasing annually. In 2003 I became a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Our Company specializes in Multi-Family Property Brokerage and Retail Property Leasing/Brokerage along with 1031 Exchanges, Tenant Representation, NNN Leasing, Upside Investment Properties, & Mini- Storage Brokerage. Previously the commercial division of Guy Chipman Company, Drought Properties, Inc. has been in business as a successful independent entity for 14 years, for a total of over 27 years of commercial real estate experience.
