Harry worked for Situu and was a London-based agency that specialises in the delivery and marketing of managed office space on behalf of landlords. Post acquisition, Harry is now Co-Head of Savills Workthere team in the UK.
Day to day, Harry’s main focus is managed office disposals, educating landlords on market changes, and emphasising the key difference between traditional and managed disposal markets. Before that he was with Anton Page and started in 2007 and has become a prolific office agent with a high turnover of successful lettings and acquisitions. Disposal clients include Shoreditch Trust, Aegis PLC, Lawnpond and HDG.
He has developed a very personable and efficient style which has resulted in recent acquisition work for Movember, Skills Matter and Ozone Coffee. His letting work has included deals with Jamie Oliver, Moorfields Eye Hospital, Desso and Tag to name a few.
Harry comments “The market has a wonderfully diverse cross section of occupiers, ranging from law firms to new technology and media companies. The area has such a buzz and electric feel about it that no wonder companies are drawn here.
“During my time here I have seen a dramatic change in the lunchtime street markets. They have become very food orientated, with a real international flavour. My favourites are Exmouth Market and Whitecross Street. Leather Lane is also evolving into a similar vibe which is not surprising taking into account its huge catchment area of office workers.”
