Over five decades Harvey has managed the leasing of some of GFP's most prominent buildings.
Known for his skill at developing creative concepts and building trust with tenants, he transformed the leasing potential of 41 Madison Avenue and 200 Lexington Avenue (The New York Design Center) in the 1970s, and 230 Fifth Avenue in the 1990s, where he continues to lease space. He won The Most Ingenious Award from the New York Real Estate Board in 1976 for leasing 200,000 square meters of space to the Toy Industry.
