A Sacramento native, Hayden brings a balanced perspective in representing both tenants and landlords, utilizing his experience with both owner-user transactions and investment sales to articulate multiple approaches to value for his clients. He brings a relentless attitude when serving his clients to ultimately provide world-class advisory services, while also valuing integrity throughout the entire process of the transaction.
