Heath graduated Clemson University in 1996 with a BS in Financial Management with a concentration in commercial real estate and a minor in Accounting.
Developing and brokering multiple retail, multifamily, and medical office developments, Heath has been involved in the brokerage & development of a multiplex theatre, several hotels, restaurants, retail, apartments, and medical office. In 2000 he founded The Providence Group of the Carolinas, where he worked until 2004 when he sold out of his interest in the company.
Since the beginning of his career, Heath has been involved in projects incorporating tenants such as Harris Teeter, Trader Joe's, Target, Starbucks, and Consolidated Theaters, to name a few. Recently he has broadened his experience to Medical and Professional office with the development of more than 200,000 sf, and the investment sale of nearly $100 million dollars of high quality medical office assets. Heath worked At Flagship Capital Partners for several years, as their Vice President of Asset Management, identifying the needs and drivers of healthcare Tenants to maximize the value of institutional grade properties throughout the Southeast. Most recently he was a partner at Ascent Real Estate Partners before focusing on his own firm, York Ventures. Whether providing investment advisory services, tenant representation, Landlord representation, or development, the depth of knowledge and experience Heath brings to each and every assignment maximizes value, while integrating the various perspectives.
