As DIRECTOR of Tru COMMERCIAL I help provide an intimate personalized business owner and/or investor experience that affords each client the attention and care they need to meet their goals! I offer what has become a more and more unique proposition in today''''''''s Commercial market- KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SERVICE. Sounds silly, right? Not so much. I enjoy working with new and experienced business owners and investors looking for sales and leasing of retail, office and medical commercial opportunities, as well as selling multi-family opportunities.
I also love to train, manage deals and am an Instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
Previously, I worked as the Managing Broker of DPR Commercial, I was named as one of the Top Ten Highest Ranking Women in the AZ Business Journal for 2013, 2014 and 2015. I was kept busy heading up both the Phoenix and East Valley offices for DPR, as well as teaching at all four of our locations to keep our 1200+ agents educated. I enjoyed teaching CE classes, supporting new agents through extensive self-created training classes, in addition to handling Broker calls seven days a week for the company.
Licensed for over 20 years and a Broker for the last 17, I worked as the Designated Broker of Firm Properties from its inception & brought over a decade of real estate sales and leasing experience to the table. Prior to that, I worked at John Hall & Associates for seven years and Assistant Sales Manager at NHIC. I was responsible for training, educating and managing an office of 23 agents. I also owned and managed three single-family rental properties during that time and a 2,000 sq ft full-service hair and nail salon.
