Heather is a Vice President with Sperry Commercial in Irvine, California, specializing in retail leasing throughout Orange County and parts of Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. With over 25 years in commercial real estate, Heather is known for building strong, lasting client relationships and representing business owners across her community with integrity and insight. Her experience spans a wide range of market cycles, giving her a well-rounded perspective in an ever-evolving industry. Earlier in her career, Heather was part of the development team at Integrity Commercial Brokerage, where she focused on strengthening client relationships and expanding industry networks—both of which contributed to her respected reputation within the brokerage community. Heather is an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and has a deep passion for the retail sector. From 2010–2012, she and her business partner were retained by the City of Yorba Linda to support economic development and marketing initiatives, helping to attract, retain, and expand local businesses. Heather is actively involved in CREW Orange County (Commercial Real Estate Women), where she currently serves as President-Elect and chairs the organization’s annual Summer Soirée, a signature fundraising event supporting local nonprofit partners. She is also a member of the Greater Southern California CCIM Chapter and is currently pursuing her CCIM designation. A lifelong Orange County resident, Heather has remained deeply engaged in her community through organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, 44 Women for Orangewood Foundation, and Richfield Community Church, along with various school-based volunteer roles. She also served five years as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Placentia. Heather lives in Orange with her husband and is a proud mother of two adult children—one serving in the United States Navy and the other is an elementary school teacher.
