Heather Loveless joined Pointe Commercial Real Estate in 2025 as an Affiliate Broker. She began her career in Nashville at Charles Hawkins Co., the leading independent brokerage firm in Middle Tennessee, where she had over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, providing high-level transactional and analytical support to top-producing brokers. Her market knowledge and understanding enable her to leverage key information, maximizing the potential of commercial assets, and she thrives on tackling challenges with creative solutions.
Heather graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which informs her understanding of clients’ needs and enables her to deliver a personalized experience. She also has training in Entrepreneurial Operating Systems. This combination of education, experience, and training gives her a unique perspective on both client behavior and business strategies.
With over a decade of experience in both landlord/seller representation and tenant/buyer representation, Heather is able to offer a wide range of services to clients from both sides of the table in office, retail, and industrial transactions. She has built a national network of investors, brokers, and owners that increases her ability to make connections and close deals through existing relationships.
Heather is passionate about partnering long-term with commercial property owners and business owners to enable them to navigate real estate with confidence. Relationships are the foundation of her business, and she seeks to help owners achieve their asset goals by providing professional insights with a personal touch that creates lasting results.
