Heather leads the firm’s marketing and communications strategies as Director of Corporate Marketing. As the leader of the corporate marketing and communications team, she oversees corporate brand positioning and creative direction, internal and external communications including PR and social media, awards, corporate advertising, content marketing, corporate events, photography, videography, branded merchandise, Roers Cos. signage, and website strategy for Roers Companies.
Heather came to Roers Cos. in 2019. Prior to joining Roers Cos., Heather worked in the B2B software, engineering, and commercial real estate industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English with a Creative Writing emphasis from the University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire. She is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
