Born and raised in Houston, Hector Guerra came to real estate by way of the construction industry, where, in the span of a decade, he ascended the ranks to project manager and eventually owned his own construction company. Hector earned his real estate license in 2012. Working to build and sell homes in the Houston area, he developed a knack for helping clients find their dream homes, offering luxury homebuyers and investors an honest construction professional’s advice along the way.
Hector has carried the same values that drove him toward success as a contractor into the world of Houston residential real estate. Centering loyalty, honesty, and integrity in every deal he’s a part of, he is dedicated to making each client’s experience enjoyable, regardless of the price point.
