Real Estate investing has been a passion of hers for over 20 years because working in the entertainment business offers no security. She wants to leave her daughter something more than just her list of credits and her Beanie Baby collection.
As the creator of the Real Estate Infomercial format of the 90's, Hedda learned not only how to produce successful Direct Response programming but put those "no money down" teachings to the test. She learned what worked and what was misleading to the public. After buying her first house using a credit card advance for her down payment, she is very transparent in sharing her real estate investment experiences. The bottom line: the infomercials are very misleading.
In Oct. 2019 Hedda was sworn in by the Los Angeles County Clerk as a Notary Public. She's the founder of "Above the Line Notarial Services" serving the Los Angeles community 24/7. She became a notary after working for television court shows and saw how important it was to maintain the authenticity of one's signature and protect that persons identity. She notarizes documents now for industry people, and her neighbors.
In 2024 Hedda went further into her passion for real estate and became a licensed Real Estate Agent for Coldwell Banker, Brentwood Los Angeles office.
