My love for the mountains brought me and my husband, Mark Krivanek, to Colorado in 1987. Once here my first job was in Banking in the Greater Denver area. I work for 5 years in banking before discovering the beautiful Salida Colorado. I moved to Salida in 1993 and have loved it from the beginning. Salida is a quaint community situated along the Arkansas River Valley and surrounded by the stunning magnificence of three mountain ranges that boast 15 of Colorado’s best-known peaks!
Upon moving to Salida Colorado, Mark and I opened our own business, Krivanek Jewelers, and started our family. We have two children, Savannah and Abigail. We treasure the opportunity to raise our children in such a wonderful community and enjoy all the family experiences it allows us to have.
I started in real estate as a property manager in 2007. I grew the property management division from none to 22 in a short period of time. In November of 2010, I started my own company, Cornerstone Rentals of which almost all my clients joined me. After a few short months, I received an offer to sell my company and become a full-time sales agent in 2011. In my first year as a sales agent, I was recognized for top sales of that year. Since that time, I have sold homes for my sellers and helped buyers purchase their homes.
