Bio
I specialize in representing clients in the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate investment properties. My focus is on properties throughout the Intermountain West, with a specialization in retail. However, I have extensive experience with office, industrial and multi-family opportunities, as well. Having been in the Commercial Real Estate business for over 40 years has provided me with many experiences handling transactions and overcoming various obstacles during those transactions.
I work frequently with clients who are re-positioning their portfolios or are involved with estate planning. Consequently, 1031 exchanges are a large part of my business. I also represent many first-time commercial real estate investors. Whether I am representing an experienced commercial real estate investor, or someone new to investment properties, my goal is to make their experience as smooth, comprehensible and efficient as possible. My aim is to be with my clients every step of the way throughout the purchase or disposition of their properties.
