Helen is an Associate Partner in the Business Space Team and is based in the Birmingham office. She has over 21 years of experience in the Midlands property market across both the private and public sector, specialising in the Industrial and Logistics market.
Helen’s main role is the disposal and acquisition of business premises and sites for a range of clients. Helen also advises on and negotiates rent reviews and lease renewals for clients and is also an RICS Registered Valuer. Helen has acted for property companies, investors, occupiers, pension funds, developers and financial institutions.
Helen has worked for large national and multinational property consultants, local authorities and smaller niche practices and joined Johnson Fellows in 2016 to expand its busy Industrial Team.
